NOSi shares its digital experience with Mali delegation
NOSi welcomed a delegation from Mali at the Data Center meeting room on June 6. Led by Mr. Brahima Coulibaly, Technical Advisor to the Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization of Mali. This study visit had the purpose of sharing Cabo Verde's experience in the digital transformation process. The guided tour through modern infrastructures and the detailed presentation of progress and perspectives, enlightened the Malian delegation on Cabo Verde's path
The Malian authorities are committed to the digital transformation of public services. The creation of the National Insurance Document Agency is a key step. The mission is part of the Support Program for the functioning of the Civil State and the creation of a Secure Information System (PAECSIS), funded by the EU and for which Civipol Conseils is one of the implementing operators.
The Malian delegation was also visiting the Casa do Cidadão (Citizen's House), to familiarize themselves with the services and functioning of the One Stop Shop and the Web Portal for public services to citizens and businesses
