NOSiAkademia welcomes 45 interns, unveils Rebranding and new Portal

On Tuesday, March 12th, NOSiAkademia welcomed 45 young graduates for its 15th professional internship edition, including two scholars from Guinea-Bissau's National Social Security Institute (INSS).

The event commenced with opening remarks by NOSi's Executive Administrator, Mayra Silva, joined by Lumumba Barbosa, the Executive Administrator, and concluded with a speech by Danilson Borges, the Director General of Employment and Vocational Training.

National and international partners attended the event, which, since its inception in 2018, has seen its 15th edition, attracting over 2500 applications and benefiting more than 467 young individuals, with an impressive 80% employability rate.

NOSiAkademia's focus remains on preparing youth for enhanced integration into the workforce and entrepreneurship. Initial weeks will involve intensive training in various technological tools before interns are assigned to diverse areas and projects.

The occasion also marked the launch of the Rebranding and new NOSiAkademia Portal, introducing enhanced features for interns and program partners. The presentation was led by Érica Andrade, the coordinator of the NOSiAkademia Internship program.
