NOSi’s CEO participates in the Forum on the Digital Transition of the Angolan Public Administration

By the invitation of the Government of the Republic of Angola, the President of the Board of Directors of NOSi, Eng. Carlos Tavares Pina, was participating in the forum on the Digital Transition of Public Administration - "GOVERNMENT.AO", which took place from 23 to 24 June 2022. Carlos Tavares Pina, was participating as a speaker in two panels: "Strategy for the New Public Administration in the Digital Age", on the 23rd, and "Public Administration VS Citizen and Business: Roadmap for Digital Transformation and Improvement of Public Services" on the 24th.

In the first panel moderated by Kiesse Canito, CEO of Tech21África, the CEO of NOSi, was along with Pedro Sebastião Teta, current Executive Director of the Sovereign Fund of Angola, Siim Sikkut, Executive Director of Estonia's Digital Nation, and William Oliveira, CEO of Tis Tech, tackling the strategies that can be implemented to improve Public Service in the era of Digital Transformation.

In the second panel, moderated by Nádia da Costa Ribeiro, Senior Consultant at PLMJ, alongside Hugo Nunes, Director for the Public Sector at KPMG for Angola and Portugal, and Pedro Sebastião Teta, he analyzed the steps that should be taken to implement a better public service delivery system and how citizens and companies can boost or hinder this process and how the Public Administration should behave to facilitate the transition.

In this trip to Luanda, Carlos Tavares Pina, was accompanied by a delegation of NOSi, also for other commitments in Angola.
