On Thursday, November 17, NOSi-EPE's CEO, Carlos Tavares Pina, and the Mayor of Praia, Francisco Carvalho, undertook the initialing of the contract, in the presence of other officials of the two entities.

This partnership aims to accelerate the digital transformation process of the Municipality of Praia so that municipal public services are provided with more quality, transparency, speed and, mainly, online.
