On this Wednesday, November 23rd, NOSi and the Lusophone University of Cabo Verde signed a cooperation protocol at the Data Center facilities of the State of Cabo Verde, Achada Grande Frente.

This Protocol was initialed by the Rector of Lusophone University of Cabo Verde, Dr. Carlos Delgado, and by the NOSi's CEO, Carlos Tavares Pina. Above all, this protocol aims to create a stable partnership platform to develop and promote R&D&I and Capacity Building projects related to the area of information systems.

During the occasion, the Rector of Lusófona University was given the opportunity to see the facilities and the functioning of the Cabo Verde State Data Center and the country's strategy to accelerate the digital transition.
