São-Filipe, Fogo island, April 29. The contract was signed at the Town Hall by the CEO of NOSi, Carlos Tavares de Pina, and the Mayor of São Filipe, Nuias Silva.

This was an important milestone in the relations between NOSi and the Town Hall of São Filipe, since it clarifies the terms of partnership, creates and ensures the conditions to accelerate the digital transition process of the municipality. The meeting was also attended by NOSi's Executive Director, Lumumba Barbosa, and the respective teams from both entities.
