Announcement regarding the reappointment of the current Board of Directors for the 2026–2029 term, as resolved on January 8 by the State of Cabo Verde, acting as shareholder, pursuant to Article 59(b) and Article 61(1) of the Commercial Companies Code, approved by Legislative Decree No. 2/2019 of July 23, in accordance with the Joint Ministerial Order issued by the two supervising ministries.
