NOSi and Cabo Verde Telecom S.A. signed a cooperation agreement on Thursday, September 12, in the city of Praia, initialed by the respective chairmen of the Board of Directors, Carlos Tavares Pina and João Domingos Correria, in the presence of members of the Board of Directors, managers and employees of both entities.

Among the various actions provided for in the agreement, they undertake to promote joint actions to foster Research and Development (R&D) among young executives and to add value to the country's Digital Transformation process.

The protocol was signed during the presentation of the results of the work carried out by the 42 trainees in the 2/2024 edition of NOSiAkademia, which is taking place on the 12th and 13th of this month.

This protocol reflects the important role of the talent management and promotion programs and the recruitment of young people through NOSiAkademia, which position and affirm NOSi as an important vehicle for retaining young talent and developing digital skills in the country.
