On Wednesday, April 10, NOSi took part in the “Africa Cloud” workshop, held as part of the Atlantic Music Expo (AME) 2025 in Praia. Representing NOSi, Executive Director Lumumba Barbosa shared the stage with Nigerian speaker Lanre Osibona.

During his speech, Lumumba Barbosa emphasised that Cape Verde’s strong commitment to the digital sector is fully aligned with the Africa Cloud concept. “The vision of a robust digital infrastructure is not merely aspirational — it is already a reality in Cape Verde, which has made substantial investments in technological infrastructure, as well as in secure and scalable cloud computing solutions,” he stated.
