On Wednesday, October 2, NOSi received a delegation from East Timor led by the Vice-Minister of Parliamentary Affairs of the Ministry of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Adérito Hugo da Costa, as part of a visit he is making to our country. The delegation was accompanied by the Prime Minister's Deputy Secretary of State, Lourenço Lopes, and was received by NOSi's Executive Administrator, Lumumba Barbosa, and his team.
 
After learning about NOSi's work and the solutions developed in the country's digital transformation and transition process, Adérito Hugo da Costa made a very positive assessment of Cape Verde's progress in this area and believes that “East Timor will certainly reach the same level with Cape Verde's experience and human resources”.
