Providing the Cape Verdean electoral system with emerging technological tools in order to make it even more robust and innovative were among the topics of conversation between the team from the Directorate-General of Support for the Electoral Process (DGAPE), headed by the new Director-General, Salif Diallo Silva, and the NOSi team, headed by the CEO, Carlos Tavares Pina.

This is the first visit of this newly sworn in to a partner institution, took place this Thursday, December 08, at the headquarters of NOSi, in Praia.
