NOSi receives Cape Verdean students from the University of Massachusetts Amherst

On last Friday afternoon, June 2, NOSi received at the Data Center facilities and at the NOSi buildings in Av. Cidade de Lisboa, a visit from a Students' Association of the University of Massachusetts Amherst. The Association is currently visiting our country on a mission, as part of the CVSA - Cape Verdean Student Alliance to Cape Verde, to analyze and evaluate the Government's investment / commitment to promote start-up oriented ecosystems.

Welcomed by the NOSi team, the CVSA delegation had the opportunity to share the work developed under its mission and learn about the several ongoing initiatives led by NOSi that will contribute to fulfill Cabo Verde's vision as a platform country, with an attractive ecosystem for start-ups in the digital domain.

CVSA was founded in 1982 to promote Cape Verdean culture among the University and people of Western Massachusetts. This year in April, the cultural organization at UMass Amherst, the oldest university organization in the United States, celebrated its 40th anniversary.
