On Tuesday, November 3, NOSi hosted a World Bank team as part of a mission related to the Project on Harmonization and Improvement of Statistics in West Africa.
Welcomed by NOSi Executive Director Carlos Sena Júnior and his team, the World Bank delegation included Ana Maria Oviedo, a member of the project’s Task Team, and Daniel Valderrama, an economist. Also in attendance were Adilson Semedo, Coordinator of the Integrated Project Coordination Center (CCIP), and his team, as well as Florbela Ribeiro, Director-General of Decentralization.
During the meeting, a status update on the SIMple Project was presented, followed by a guided tour of the Data Center, giving the delegation the opportunity to get a closer look at NOSi’s technological infrastructure.
