NOSi and EBID Strengthen Dialogue for New Cooperation Opportunities

On Wednesday, November 4, NOSi hosted a delegation from the ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID) as part of a working visit aimed at learning about the institution’s capabilities, technological solutions, and ongoing projects, as well as exploring new opportunities for cooperation and investment.
The delegation, consisting of Malíck BA, Director of the Bank’s Abidjan Office; Kinansoa GANG, Financial Analyst for Private Sector Operations; and local representative Dr. Pedro Barros, was received by NOSi’s Executive Director, Carlos Sena Júnior, and his team.
During the visit, the delegation had the opportunity to learn about the technological infrastructure and initiatives developed by NOSi. Among the projects presented, the photovoltaic energy system stood out, with its first phase already operational.
The meeting also served as an opportunity to exchange experiences and identify potential areas for collaboration, with the EBID expressing interest in increasing its investments in Cape Verde, particularly in projects aligned with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles.
