During the 2nd International Conference on the ECOWAS Economy, organized by the Higher Institute of Economic and Business Sciences (ISCEE) under the theme “Challenges and Perspectives”, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of NOSi, E. P. E., Carlos Tavares Pina, as a speaker, led a debate on the ECOWAS Digital Economy: Challenges and Opportunities. The conference brought together leading figures from the national and international economy, promoting in-depth reflections and enriching debates on the challenges and opportunities of the digital age. During his speech, Carlos Tavares Pina drew attention to the enormous opportunities of this community of more than 500 million inhabitants, most of whom are young, and to the crucial role of digital in the process of transformation and development of this region, which must be focused above all on people.
