At the invitation of the National Data Protection Commission, NOSi participated on Wednesday, March 19, in Praia, in the International Conference on "Cybersecurity in the Context of Artificial Intelligence (AI)."

As a speaker on the panel "Data Protection in the Justice and Security Space," NOSi's President of the Board of Directors, Carlos Tavares Pina, presented and discussed the topic "Cybersecurity in the Context of AI," emphasizing the crucial role of digital technology in people's lives and organizations. Regarding AI, he asserted that while regulation is necessary, it should be minimal to avoid hindering its development.

During his intervention, he reaffirmed NOSi's strong commitment to the adoption and promotion of AI within Public Administration, with the goal of enhancing the security and resilience of the infrastructures and platforms of the State’s Private Technological Network.
