To celebrate World Telecommunication and Information Society Day, NOSi and Achada Mato Elementary School in Cidade da Praia organized a series of activities on Friday, May 17th. These activities aimed to provide 5th and 6th-grade students with an engaging and inclusive learning experience about technology.

Highlights of the event included Mini-Lab sessions, an open discussion on cybersecurity, and the awarding of certificates to Mini-Lab participants. The celebration's peak was the official handover of computer equipment and connectivity infrastructure installed by NOSi at the school.

NOSi's CEO, Carlos Tavares Pina, Executive Administrator Mayra Silva, and the implementation team were present at the event.

The school's principal, Izilena Furtado, praised NOSi's initiative to celebrate World Telecommunication and Information Society Day at the school, emphasizing how the new equipment would enhance the students' learning experience.

The event was also attended by the Delegate of the Ministry of Education for the Praia Municipality, Constantina Ferreira Afonso, the Director of School Group No. 7 in Praia, Elias Cabral, representatives of parents and guardians, teachers, and students of Achada Mato Elementary School. The event concluded with remarks from the Delegate of the Ministry of Education of Praia.
