In Bissau, on Thursday, April 4th, NOSi and the National Social Security Institute of Guinea-Bissau signed an agreement to bolster their strategic partnership. The aim is to modernize Guinea-Bissau's Integrated Social Security System (SISGB) with cutting-edge, resilient, secure, and responsive solutions.
Engineer Carlos Tavares Pina, Chairman of NOSi's Board of Directors, and Engineer Fofana Keita, Director General of INSS Guinea-Bissau, inked the agreement. They were joined by Dr. David Minho, INSS's CEO, Engineer Lumumba Barbosa, NOSi's Executive Administrator, and other officials from both entities. The signing event also marked the official launch of the project.
This partnership goes beyond the signing table. It includes training initiatives aimed at cultivating digital skills and competencies. Simultaneously, a structural agreement was formalized with NOSiAkademia. Presently, two Guinean scholarship holders from INSS are engaged in a program in Cabo Verde. The agreement underscores the continuation of this initiative, fostering effective knowledge exchange in the digital sphere between the two countries.
