Enhancing institutional partnership and establishing the necessary conditions for greater efficiency, transparency, and quality in municipal public services were the key objectives of the working meeting between the NOSi team, led by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Carlos Tavares Pina, and the Ribeira Brava de São Nicolau Municipal Council, led by Mayor Nilton Monteiro, held on Thursday, February 20.

The discussion centered on the pivotal role of digital transformation in the municipality’s development, leading to innovative commitments—some for immediate implementation and others for the medium to long term. The meeting also served as an opportunity to address the deployment of SIMple, an advanced version of the current Municipal Information System (SIM), aimed at fully digitizing and automating processes to better meet the needs of citizens.
