NOSiAkademia's mission has been to provide young people with more skills and competencies to face the challenges of Industry 4.0, to better integrate them into the job market and for entrepreneurship.

On Tuesday, February 25, NOSi welcomed dozens of young graduates from different islands of the country, who underwent a rigorous selection process to attend the professional internship for 6 months. The welcoming ceremony was presided over by the Executive Director, Lumumba Barbosa, and was attended by representatives of public and private entities that are partners in the program. 

For this edition, NOSiAkademia has 6 more national and international partners, which opens up good prospects in terms of training and employability for these young people.
