SIGOF - Integrated System for Budgeting and Financial Management is an instrument for the preparation, execution and monitoring of the State Budget (OGE) at all levels - Central, Local and Autonomous Funds and Services.

The financial management platform of the State of Cape Verde allows for the integration, functional, organic and technological integration of financial management in a fast and transparent way.
