The WebLab project is an initiative that aims to diminish the digital exclusion, providing access to equipment and connectivity, to the knowledge and use of technologies.

However, besides teaching how to use technology, the intention is to teach how technology is built, which means to train young people in ICT construction and development, thus qualifying them to know how to use, but also to know how to build and do, to know how to dream, but above all to build dreams.
