NOSiAkademia is a training program that seeks to ensure equal opportunity of access to all new graduates, while promoting meritocracy.

It has four axes of action: Professional Internships, Certification, Jumpstart and TICSeed Pre-Incubator.

Since its creation in 2016 till 2020, NOSiAkademia has trained and empowered around 311 young people and, from these, more than 70% have entered the labor market.

Furthermore, even after the internship, we maintain frequent contact with the former interns and mediate with companies to facilitate their integration into the market.
