With the dynamics of digital transformation, transactional portals are increasingly emerging in the Public Administration.

Yet harmonization and compliance must be ensured as well as a single point capable of aggregating all online services, providing better user experiences.

A new version of the "porton di nos ilha" is being developed, offering a simpler, faster, participative, intuitive, and accessible layout, aligning with current trends, absorbing the best practices in navigation and presentation of information, and adapted to various devices.

 The portal will have mechanisms such as;

  • Single Sign One - SSO, based on Autentika.gov.cv;
  • Digital Authentication, a digital signature and digital authentication mechanism;
  • Analytical Tools and Business Intelligence repository, solutions that transform data into information.

All this in an iterative way, with the objective of speeding up and facilitating decision-making through data analysis and that allows knowing the business and making forecasts.
